Cabbage and broccoli Powerful Reduce Breast Cancer Risk?

According to a study published in the United States on Tuesday (3/4), collards, broccoli and other green vegetables can reduce therisk of breast cancer. Women in China who eat cabbage, broccoliand green leafy vegetables increased their immune system after recovering from breast cancer.

The revelation resulted from studies involving 4886 women with breast cancer aged 20-75 years in China. As many as 20-70% of cancer patients 1sampai stage 4 in 2002 to 2006. Time of the studyrespondents were warned to eat more green vegetables for 36months.

"In future studies should focus more on the bioactive compoundscontained in vegetables, such as isothuocyanate and indoles whichmay give an effect on cancer," added Nechuta
