A study conducted by a team of researchers from the Danish National Birth Cohort, Copenhagen, Denmark revealed that eating nuts, especially green beans at least once a week during pregnancy, helps reduce the risk of asthma in babies born.
The results come from a study of 61,000 pregnant women in Denmark. In a study of 2003-2008, the volunteers are advised to eat green beans during pregnancy, at least one serving a week.
After the baby is born until the age of three years a team of researchers found no respiratory disorders such as asthma in infants of mothers who regularly eat nuts hjau during pregnancy period.
