Lime for Lowering Cholesterol!

Orange juice has been known to have various properties forhealth. One is in relation to lower cholesterol or fat levels in the blood.

Here are the tips:

Choose a fresh lime and then wash with clean
Cut the lemon into quarters, then thinly sliced
Enter the last slice in a glass. Lime slices are slices which wascomplete with its leather
Pour hot water until full, then cover tightly
Wait about 30 minutes, then drink until they run out
Do it regularly, twice a day morning and evening
Based on research, lime skin contains oils that are useful forkesahatan. In addition, orange juice does not cause pain in thestomach.
