As reported by the Daily Mail, a study recently
performed in the U.S., found that the combination of exercise andcaffeine can reduce the number of skin tumors in mice at risk of developing skin cancer by 62 percent. The tumor also shrank by 85percent in the experimental animals.
"We found that the treatment that combines exercise with caffeinecan reduce the formation of skin cancer in mice," said study leaderDr Yao-Ping Lu, from the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy at Rutgers in New Jersey.
The researchers also believe that the results disosialisasiakn at TheAmerican Association for Cancer Research annual meeting inChicago this can also be adapted to the human body.
In the experiments, rats running in a wheel spinning after being given a dose of caffeine. Both exercise and caffeine to give positive results. However, the results obtained greater when both combined.
Mice were given caffeine to get 27 percent of tumor cells
less than untreated mice. Cancer in mice were shrunk 61 percentover kecil.Pada experiment with sportswear, tumor activity was reduced by 35 percent and shrink as much as 70 percent.
Caffeine and exercise are also recorded to cause weight loss as much as 92 percent in mice fed a high fat diet.
